What a wonderful Sunday getaway at the Willows. I felt the day was thoughtfully planned to cover all that we women need to address—more often—to unwind and tend to our personal self-care. I loved the setting and hope you consider doing a retreat day like this every season! The food was the perfect touch to the Ayurveda Health discussion.
