9 am Check in/Registration

9:15 - 10:45 am All-levels Vinyasa Flow plus Deep Floor Stretching and a Grounding Savasana (Carole & Janine)

11:00 - 11:45 am Ayurveda Education (Sheryl)

12:00 - 1:00 pm Catered Lunch by Koren’s Kitchen

1:15 - 1:45 pm Journaling & Walking Meditation

2:00 - 2:45 pm Yin Yoga for Balancing Chakras (Liz)

3:00 - 3:45 pm Sound Healing (Carole)

What a wonderful Sunday getaway at the Willows. I felt the day was thoughtfully planned to cover all that we women need to address—more often—to unwind and tend to our personal self-care.
